With the rapid development of Ocean field in China, marine information technology has made enormous achievements. Through the construction of Digital Ocean, China has built a large number of professional ocean information databases and information systems applied in multiple ocean operations as well. The applications of these new technologies and methods boost the economic and social benefits of marine information resources. They provide powerful information guarantee and technology multi-support for our Ocean economic development, national defense construction, comprehensive Ocean management, Marine environmental and Ocean scientific research.
But these systems which relatively independent and internal can still meet following problems: more resources occupation, high operating costs, the traditional mode difficultly adapt to the rapid deployment business requirements, the lack of plans to deploy uniform computing resources, low stability and reliability of business system which is hard to maintain. These systems structures similar but independent system formed one and one separated “information island” and “model island”.
Taking these weaknesses into account, this paper proposes compound models solution based on cloud platform which can store existed Ocean information system, Ocean data resources as models on DFS, improves the security, reusability and integrity of the data sufficiently. Using flexible models supply certain reference standard for new marine model, so models can connect each other seamlessly. The paper refers to the concept of "services-flow" at the same time, the entire service are presented as a flow way. This means users customize demanding services through visualization interface. After that, through the interface layer analyzing, checking, re-combining the flow, then submits it to cloud platform. Cloud platform uses co-agent method to deal with users' submitted flow request respectively. The introduction of services-flow not only provides the users individual services, but also integrates one and one separated model island to information network. It protects the copyrights of the Ocean models and Marine information resources. And the same time, the cloud platform technology will map to every separated model to different work terminal on execution, thus improves the time effectiveness. Constructing the Digital Ocean services-flow framework system based on cloud computing technology, which can improve the reusability, sharing and extensibility of marine resources information.
