We are constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency, remove waste and provide value back to our clients.  An integrated team delivery approach is gaining recognition as the delivery method of choice.  This enables full team collaboration at the earliest opportunity, and the BIM model is the focal point for all team decisions and information.  It informs the site and integrates lean planning and location based procurement. Just in time delivery etc.  The model has a lifespan from project inception right through to the end users facilities manager.
